James McCabe how was your 2019 season? My season was great we went undefeated... absolutely loved playing with my teammates and I’m looking forward to this season What should college coaches know about you? That I’ve been playing football ever since I was a kid. Started in 2nd grade and have had a love for football my entire life What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? My physicality. One of the best things I love about football is that I can use my emotions and apply that on the field and it’s been working very well for me so far What part of your game have you been working on in the offseason? My speed and my strength. Even though the season was moved in September I’ve never taken the foot off the gas What do you like about playing linebacker? Linebacker is a position where I can do all the things I love on the defensive side of the ball. Tackling, Hitting, and being physical are all things that come natural for me What goals do you have for yourself this upcoming season? I want to lead our defense in tackling and make plays not only on the defensive side of the ball but also on special teams. Want to prove I can make a significant impact for my team as a leader and gain the attention of college coaches
