What is Deep Dish Football ?

In 2014 disgusted with what was going in Illinois High School football with greed, too many middle men, parents, journalists publishing players injuries. (FORUMS, Message Boards trashing kids and talking about injuries) People just making a profit to gain on kids dreams to be playing college football. In many instances college coaches have reached out saying that they don't even know these so-called recruiting journalists. They decided to have some fun and meet up to mock some of the so-called media "experts" (WHO NEVER COACHED IN THEIR LIFE OR SCOUTED) in high school football and their players to watch. Not to mention the fact that most of do not care about the sport of football and just see easy dollar signs. Also, one of the main things too of this website, was people saying they represented the whole state of Illinois but never been south of Joliet in their life. 5 Publishers have been selected and all five have done a wonderful job except for some hiccups. From 2015-2019 A Panel of coaches use to do the rankings, but since of busy schedules they decided hang up the rankings format.
