Dash Dorsey how was your spring season? My spring season was a real success, you know we had a perfect season 6-0 scored over 282 points (offense) and given up around 46 points, also from a team perspective we have beaten our rivals pretty handily and on a personal level I was happy to receive all conference and made the Tom Lemming one to watch list. What does football mean to you? Football means a lot to me...It’s something I’ve grown up with and it hurt when we were not able to play a season in the Fall because of Covid. I was just grateful to have a Spring Season ... Especially knowing we had a team that would have competed for a state title this year! This sport I feel is a big part of me and is more than just a game as people say, I would love to play it as long as I can. What should college coaches know about you? College coaches should know about my strong work ethic on the field and in the classroom. I am playmaker on the field, I am a proven deep threat towards defense and can make a play on a 50/50 ball. Coaches can be confident that when the ball is in my hands something positive comes out....either a 1st down or a touchdown. What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? My strongest trait on the football field is my route running, then my ability to create space with my quick feet. What goals do you have for yourself this upcoming season? My goals this season is to win state with my team something we should’ve done this season but I believe we can do this upcoming season and continue to build on what our seniors have started and bringing a state title home to St. Francis. Another one of my goals personally is to put up double the amount of stats I had this season and win All-Area and All-Academic.
