Sam Morgan how was your junior season? It went great. Played some really good teams and was able to get a lot of good film. What does football mean to you? I’ve been playing since I was little and always had a love for the game. Always enjoy the challenges that gets thrown at me and would love to take football to the next level. What should college coaches know about you? I am not afraid of any challenge of any difficulty. I put in the work to improve upon myself as a person and through my athletics, and I am a leader that would do anything to take care of his team. What do you like about playing in the trenches? I like being able to compete every play. I also enjoy being able to protect my quarterback and to help my other linemen, since it’s my responsibility to know every play. What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? I feel strongest trait is being able to move my feet and be conditioned the whole game. I also feel that my strength is a good trait of mine.
What schools have you been talking to so far? So far I’ve been in close contact with Coach Mizer at Upper Iowa, I have also been resourcing invites for camps from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and University of West Georgia. How does Dunlap look for the upcoming season? We had a lot of seniors last year so there will be a lot of open positions. We have a good incoming freshman and sophomore class. But we will have good athletes at most positions. We will have a good group of guys that will have to compete for starting spots. Who else on Dunlap should I be on the lookout for this upcoming season? I would keep an eye out for my buddy Diego Pantoja. He is my lifting partner and best friend and he has one of the best work ethic I know, always grinding to be better. I would also keep and eye on Graham Glover, he has a lot of potential and talent.
