Shyne Hart Springfield Southeast Athlete Class of 2023 6'0 215

Shyne Hart how was your junior season? It could have gone better, I played only 6 games due to covid 19 complications, but we learned a lot as a team we had a lot of young guys out there. Overall, it was just a really good season to learn from. What should college coaches know about you? I am a very hard worker, I’m a natural leader, I am very committed to football and school. So you can count on me to provide not only on the field but in the classroom as well. What does football mean to you? I’ve been playing since I was a little kid so it’s almost as if I don’t remember life without it. You can go so many places with the game of football that it comes to a point where it isn’t just a game anymore, it’s life. What position do you feel most comfortable at on the field? Quarterback because I like to lead, but mid-season I was switched to TE/LB because of my size, physicality and overall strength. I felt pretty comfortable at every position I played though because before I started playing QB. I had already played pretty much every position on the field because when I was younger my weight would fluctuate a lot, so I was moved around a ton. So, there I liked my roll of just go out on the field and hit what’s moving. What schools have talked to you so far? DePauw University’s head coach is the only coach... I’ve personally talked to as of right now, but I’m getting lots of emails and letters from different colleges different camps. So, there should definitely be a few offers around this same time next year. Who else on Springfield Southeast should I keep an eye out for the upcoming season? Definitely Robert Hull, Mikey Murphy, and Anthony Williams.
