Marcus Hansen how has your season been so far? Our season has started off very rocky. We’re 2-1 but we’re planning to beat our conference rival Edwardsville at home this Friday night . What does football mean to you? Football is my get away. I have a lot going on in my personal life a lot that can feel consuming at times, so there is nothing better then just playing football with your brothers every Friday night and pancaking someone . What should college coaches know about you? They should know that. I love to learn and I love to work. An I would do anything to make and then be successful on one of their rosters . What do you like about playing in the trenches? It’s honestly that feeling of raw competition. It’s just you and the man lined up across from you. A true test of skill and strength to see who comes out on top. How good can this O'Fallon team be? I think we’re gonna win 8A state or make a deep run. We have lots of talent individually wise but this is a completely new team from spring we need to work on our chemistry . What motivates a Marcus Hansen? My dad is my motivation . I’ve put him through a lot and he’s done so much for me. And I know there is no better feeling for him then seeing his son play football. So if I get the opportunity to play college football just knowing he’s in the stands pays off the hard work we both put in.
