Sean Truckenbrod Marian Central Athlete Class of 2024 6'0 195
Sean Truckenbrod how is your season going for you so far? The season is going alright so far. We are not satisfied at 2-2, and we feel like we are just starting to click in many areas and are yet to show what kind of team we can really be. What does football mean to you? Football has always meant a lot to me. I have built so many relationships and found some of my best friends in this sport. I’ve been playing since I was nine years old, and it is weird to imagine a fall season without it. What should college coaches know about you? College coaches should know that I am a hard worker. I am always going to put the work in during the off-season so that my team can succeed. I also pride myself in being a strong leader who will always push my teammates to be successful. What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? My strongest trait on the football field is my mentality. When I play a game, I go out looking for someone to hit. I want people to know they played me by how sore they are when they wake up the next morning. What has been your favorite memory so far this season? My favorite memory this year was our first team win of the year against Johnsburg. It was our first home game and winning under the lights with the Marian community was pretty cool. What goals do you have for yourself rest of the season? My goals for the rest of the season are to make the playoffs and force three turnovers. Thanks for talking coach!
