Gage Dunker how was your sophomore season?
Sophomore season went well. I played D-Line for the first time, and I received first team all-conference D-Line. We also won a state championship. Also, I went down to state in track and field for shot put and I am the top sophomore in the state for 1A and I threw 14.96 meters and got 9th place at state.
What does football mean to you?
Football is what I love to do and it’s also a tradition at Lena Winslow. Ever since I can remember I have always wanted to play for the Lena Winslow panthers. Is the tradition that Coach A has built. I also learned to play football from my dad and my older brother
What should college coaches know about you?
That I love to compete and that I am a student first.
What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field?
My toughness. I am a blue-collar kid. My other brother made me tough. I like to hit people and get hit.
What is one part of your game that you have been working on in the offseason?
I have been working on my pass rush moves and my footwork
How does Lena-Winslow look for the upcoming season?
I would say that we are looking great. We do not have a lot of returning starters. But that’s how it always is because the way that Coach A develops us. We will be ready to rock when it come football season.
