Isaac Saffold how was your junior season?
I had a great junior season. This was my first year with Kenwood Academy and I fit in to Coach Turner’s system very well.
What was one of your favorite memories last season? One of my favorite memories from this past season has to be the first game of the season. We played Lane Tech and I recovered a fumble and ran for 25 yards, everybody in the stadium made noise. What does football mean to you? Football means everything to me it is my outlet, my first love, the reason I continue to work hard everyday. It is one of the things on a small list that I cannot get tired of. What do you like about playing on the line? Violence for sure. On the line it is a constant battle and that is what football is all about. What goals do you have for yourself this upcoming season? In this upcoming season I will show why I consider myself to be the best defensive lineman in the state, and I will help my team win our first state championship in school history.
