Langston Love Hinsdale South QB Class Of 2025 5'9 170

Langston Love how is your season going so far? The season so far has gone really solid up until this point. We are 2-3 and just lost last night 37-34, I went down in the 3rd quarter with an ankle injury. What does football mean to you? If I’m honest right now it’s everything to me. When I started football I just did for fun but now I’ve fell in love with the sport and everything involved with it. What should college coaches know about you? College coaches should know that I am a leader and add value to their program regardless of my standing on the team. I also can tell them I do and will have the best work ethic on the team.

What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? I feel my strongest trait is my playmaking ability, and my ability to be mobile when the pocket collapses. What has been your favorite memory so far this season? My favorite memory this season has definitely been our win over Leyden because it was a different type of game. It was a weird atmosphere and it was Thursday, but we were able to do our job and win the game and it’s a lot of fun to win. What do you like about playing QB? I like being the one who is depended on the most. I like the pressure of having to lead the charge of the offense and the team. Who on Hinsdale South is having a breakout season? I would say my WR Sam Schuyler is having a breakout season on both sides of the ball.

What goals do you have for yourself rest of the season? The number one goal has always been to lead the team to the playoffs because right now winning is all that matters to me and the team. Whether I’m playing or not as long as we win, I’ll be happy.
