Gabriel Danguilan how is your season going for you so far? My season so far has been going very well. The team is looking great starting the season off strong going 5-0 and I feel we can make a deep run in the playoffs, especially with the depth of players we have on this team. What does football mean to you? Football is everything to me it’s always been an escape for me. I fell in love with game at at a very young age and that passion hasn’t left since. What should college coaches know about you? I feel college coaches should know that I’m a very hard worker on and off the field. I am also coachable and always looking to improve my game. I have a no quit attitude, no matter how hard I get hit I always find a way to get up. What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field?
I think my strongest trait is my intense physicality. I am a downhill runner with the goal to gain hard yards every play. How good can this Glenbard West squad be? This team has a unbelievable amount of chemistry. We try to communicate as much as possible on and off the field to achieve perfection. Offensively we have a strong O-line that creates opportunities for the playmakers on the field. And our defense is aggressive like no other, our specialty is stopping the run game but our pass protection is remarkable. Name one player on Glenbard West that is having a breakout season and why? That’s a tough question considering how many remarkable players we have on this team, but if I had to choose one it would be Korey Tai. He is orchestrating the offense very well and does a great job spreading the ball to a variety of players. He does a great job opening the run game for us by using his arm strength and accuracy to create a pass game.
