Marquise Jones how was your junior season? In my eyes, underwhelming... Unfortunately. What makes you say that? I say that, because due to some academic problems I was ineligible for 5 games, and I was only able to play 3. I did ball out during that 3-game stretch though. What do you feel are your goals for the upcoming season? Currently I’m focused on fixing my GPA, getting stronger, faster and overall, a better football player. What should college coaches know about you? They should know I’m an extremely hard worker and I’ll put in everything I have to improve, and perform at the best of my ability on the field, and I’m still improving to be the best student I can. What goals do you have for yourself this upcoming season? A better performance honestly, becoming a better leader and building confidence in myself How does Curie look for the upcoming season? We’re questionable right now, we got a lot of young guys coming in we just got to get them up to speed. What does football mean to you? Football is my therapy and the only way I can express the frustration and anger I have towards outside problems. Real life and I, it’s the one thing I’m good at and not getting used for.
