Jalin Wardell how was your junior season? My junior season started off great, with me averaging 10 tackles a game. But then was sadly cut short to an ankle fracture in the 4th game What does football mean to you? Football is a thing that runs through my entire family tree. It’s a big of me because without it, there is no me. Football makes me feel like I can conquer anything. I just love the game. What should college coaches know about you? College coaches should know that I am a hard working. I am a leader even when I’m around people that I don’t even know. Some kids have their mind set on just D1, but I’m different. I’m just here to play ball no matter where the opportunity is given What do you like about playing on defense? I like to be able to stop an offense from scoring, or just getting an interception just bring joy. The energy that a defense brings to a game is amazing and I just love being a part of that. What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? I feel that me being very vocal and a leader on the field is one of my strongest traits.
