Luke Pollack Deerfield WR Class of 2023 6'4 195

Luke Pollack how was your Junior season? Pretty well for the team overall, sadly I missed 1/2 the season with a broken collarbone from 7v7. I was used mainly as the main blocker but whenever we had a pass play I made sure to do the most of my ability. What does football mean to you? Football means the world to me. I eat sleep and breathe football since I started taking it seriously knowing my dream near the age of 10. I love every aspect about it, the dedication, the hustle, the hard work. Football is everything to me and It has formed me to the person I am now. What should college coaches know about you? College coaches should know the work ethic. I’m not just one who cares about themselves and how only I perform. I make sure everyone is doing their task. I am a leader. I am the hardest worker out there and I strive for excellence and won’t stop till I achieve my goals. What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? I feel my strongest trait is my blocking and pass catching ability. There is not one play where I am not giving my 110% blocking and in my whole high school career I’ve only dropped 1 ball that has hit my hands. What goals do you have for yourself this upcoming season? I’ve had my goals set since day 1. Make sure my team goes deep into the playoffs. Then secondly 900+ Yards and at least 8 Touchdowns as I try to hold myself to the highest standard. What part of your game do you plan on working on in the offseason? The last part of my game that I’m trying to critique mainly, is my speed. Throughout the camps I have been to this summer. I think I rank up highly against most of my competition however there’s always a bigger gap I want to make to separate myself. I also have been working on my footwork, always wanting to improve it to make me open 24/7 cause that’s what’s going to happen throughout all camps I go to and upcoming games.
