This is one of the many reasons why Deep Dish Football is respected in the IHSA. Every Football Player Has A Story To Tell
Gage Aldred ROWVA Class Of 2024 Linebacker 6'0 220
Gage Aldred welcome back, how is your season going so far? Great, 5-1 start. Tough lost last week but focus is always on the next game How does it feel to be back on the field? It feels awesome. There is nowhere else I’d rather be but on the field with my brothers. What schools have you been talking to so far? I’ve been talking to Carthage, Monmouth, Knox, Beloit, and Saint Ambrose, also Waldorf University.
What has been your favorite memory so far this season?
When me and our other 3 captains got announced as the team leaders for the season
What goals do you have for yourself rest of the season?
I definitely want to receive my first scholarship offer to play football somewhere. I also want to help our team make the deepest playoff run we ever have and make a name for the RW Cougars
Who on ROWVA is having a breakout season? Spencer Brown without a doubt is someone who’s breaking out. I believe 12 touchdowns through 6 weeks. Bryan Bertleshofer also is nearing 1000 yards. Talan Hull, Luke Nelson and Riley Danner are also names you can’t overlook on our team.
