Louis Zeitler how does it feel to get big win over Barlett? It felt amazing... First win over Bartlett in program history. Our coaches do an incredible job with us throughout the week to prepare us for these big games. What does football mean to you? Football means everything to me. I lost my grandmother last year and went into a very hard time all i had was football. It kept me going and I'm forever thankful for the game. What should college coaches know about you? I'm extremely dedicated, I'm versatile, can play all 3 sides of the ball and I'm always willing and ready to learn and get better.
What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? My speed and vision on the field. Who is having a breakout season on West Chicago? Our running back Vincent Muci is an animal, he will be a name to watch for many years to come. our Linebackers are all dogs, Diego Contreas and Romon Zolota will be names to look out for next season. Our other 3 offensive weapons all returning next year sophomore QB Carter Naranjo and our junior receivers Maha Aung and Tommy Doyle. I truly believe this is just the beginning of West Chicago footballs turn around. What goals do you have for yourself rest of the season? My goals are to make all conference this year in the Upstate 8 and help my team make a strong playoff push.
What do WCHS students who are interested in joining this football program next season need to know about this program? I truly believe we have the best coaching staff in the Upstate 8, this is just the beginning of a long journey of West Chicago success.
