Luke Dyer Mahomet-Seymour QB Class Of 2025 6'2 185
Luke Dyer how is your season going so far? It got off to a slow start, but we picked it up in weeks 2-3 offensively. Looking to carry the momentum into conference play. What has been your favorite memory so far this season? My favorite memory so far was getting a huge road win against QND last week. It was a 3 hour road trip and we played really well and got to celebrate it on the bus ride home. What does football mean to you? It means a lot to me, growing up around football and going to all the Mahomet games, now getting to play on Friday nights is an awesome experience.
What should college coaches know about you? I am an extremely hard worker who puts in a lot of work not just on the field but watching film and learning more about the game. I also take pride in school and my grades. What do you like about playing QB? I like having the ball in my hands and being someone that teammates can always depend on. I also love the challenge of the leadership role that comes with being a qb. Like I said earlier I love to learn more about the game and take it to the field or practice and work on it. What do you feel is your strongest trait on the field? I think my strongest trait is my ability to keep plays alive. I love making plays and making something out of nothing. And my ability to stand in and make throws while taking hits.
Who on Mahomet Seymour is having a breakout season?
There are a few but I would say Braden Pagel and Brock Vandeveer are two guys that are really playing well to start the season.
What goals do you have for yourself rest of the season? We want to be conference champions for the third year in a row. For me I want to be an all-conference and all state QB and help my team win as many games as possible.
