Nick Cairo Lake Park OL Class Of 2024 6'3 260
Nick Cairo how is your season going so far?
As a team, we are not having the season that I wanted. However, we have a lot of talented young guys and I feel optimistic about finishing my junior year season strong and leading Lake Park to a winning record next year. I have personally grown tremendously as a player.
What does football mean to you?
Football has been my foundation since I was a little kid. The game has taught me many lessons, how to be disciplined and a better man on and off the field. I feel truly blessed and privileged to suit up every week with my team!
What do you like about playing in the trenches?
O and D Line are the most fun positions on the Football field. Every play is a new opportunity to beat the man in front of you!
What has been your favorite memory so far this season?
My favorite Memory from my Junior season was shutting out St Charles East. We had over 300 Rushing yards and everything seemed to click, that feeling was addictive!
What should college coaches know about you?
I am determined to make it to the next level and am prepared to push through anything that gets in my way. I’m coachable, a fast learner, and a leader!
Who else on Lake Park is having a breakout season? We have a lot of talent… my QB Michael McCormick is a great athlete all around, Will Sierra is a beast on defense and his name is on the loudspeaker all game, Anthony Marchese is also a playmaker.
