David Finfer Highland Park QB Class Of 2024 6'0 175

David Finfer how was your junior season? It was good, had almost 2000 AP yards and a 60% completion percentage! We fell short of the playoffs for the second year in a row but next year is going to be a different outcome. What does football mean to you? It means a lot to me, I love the game, love my coaches, love my teammates. My family played the game and there’s just no better feeling then being on the field.

What schools have you been talking to so far? I have a couple junior day invites from South Dakota state, Minnesota state Moorehead, and a few division 3 programs! What should college coaches know about you? I’m determined, hardworking, coachable, and will not disappoint whoever gives me a chance! What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? My pocket presence and arm talent, I study defenses well so I’m comfortable when the game comes up, I read defenses well, and I love calling plays in critical situations.

How does Highland Park look for the upcoming season? Great, my class will all be in their 3rd year of varsity football and we all are grinding to make playoffs! What do incoming freshmen need to know about this Highland Park football program? We have a great coaching staff and bunch of great kids that love the game. We work hard everyday and I love the program!

What goals do you have for yourself this upcoming season? I want to throw for 2000 yards and rush for 300, have 20+ touchdowns, and most importantly make playoffs.
