Kamren Schumacher El Paso-Gridley QB/ATH Class of 2024 6'3 190
Kamren Schumacher how is your season going for you so far? I’m happy with our 4-0 start this season, but we have so much to improve on as a team. Personally, I’m happy with my production with the football and my leadership to this squad. What does football mean to you? For a while all I saw it as was just a game. Now as I realize that I can really compete and play it collegiately I see it as much more, I see it as an opportunity., Football also brings the best out of me and makes me work harder and harder every day, I will always appreciate the sport. What should college coaches know about you? I want them to know that i’m a very athletic kid who can play many different positions/roles. I’m also very coachable and have a good football IQ. How good can this El-Paso Gridley team be for the rest of the season? We have a lot to improve on, but once we hit that switch well be pretty unstoppable. We’re going to compete with every top team in the conference and win a lot of games. What do you like about playing QB? I enjoy the chemistry you create with every position. As a quarterback you have to know everyone’s job and you have to communicate with all the other 10 guys. It’s just fun going out there and playing with your boys. Who else on El-Paso Gridley should we be on the lookout for the rest of the season? Dante Golden!
