Ryan Kick Palatine OL/DT Class of 2024 5'11 255

Ryan Kick how was your first week back? It was great to be back on the field with my team we have worked for this game for 9 weeks and it felt great to pick up our first win in front of the home crowd. What does Palatine football mean to you? Palatine football means a ton to me, I grew up watching them and now i get to play for them and it’s an awesome feeling being out there with my family. What do you like about playing in the trenches? Playing in the trenches is great. Every play starts with us, and we set the tone for the rest of the game. What part of your game do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? I feel like my leadership has come a long way since last year. I’m the center and I’m in control, I have to know everyone’s assignments at all times. What game are you most looking forward to the rest of the season? I’ve got to go with our homecoming game against our rivals Fremd. It’s going to be packed and a great game. What goals do you have for yourself the rest of the season? The goal I have for myself is to try and lead our offensive line to become the best in the MSL west and hopefully we win the MSL for the second season straight.
