Well, we got ourselves a small school showdown in Palos Heights Friday night. Chicago Christian getting the first win of the season with new head coach Tom O'Connor a long time assistant with Chicago Christian. Marquette got the W against Dakota finishing up a game Monday that had been postponed due to heat on Saturday. Crusaders look like title contenders and the Knights look like they will challenging for a IHSA playoff spot this November in the Metro. Consider Tom Jobst on the top small school coaches in the state of Illinois and am sure he will have his boys ready for the game. O'Conner has a underrated offensive line along with a athletic QB.
