Chris Caldwell how was your junior season? Thought it went well. Coming back home was exciting: leading O'Fallon back into the playoffs; winning 8a team of the year & 8A POTY; & playing with all my home friends again. It was fun playing with the guys & playing for coach Gettis What does football mean to you? Football has been a gift. It's always been part of me since I was like 4 years old lol. It's done a lot for me and drives me to be the best person I can be. What schools have you talked to so far? Recently- Bowling Green, SIU Carbondale, Wyoming During the season - schools above as well & Michigan State, Nebraska, Indiana What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? Patience, let the game come to me. Understand the game will unwind & I'll do what do best with & without the ball in my hands. What goals do you have for yourself the upcoming season? Take my team far as it can go in the playoffs. Hopefully at the end of this all I'll be able to receive Division 1 offer that I came back home for. What part of your game do you plan on working on in the offseason? Expand my game... Take my game into the slot, so receiving from in & out the backfield. Will become a big part of my game for sure.
