Evan Grazzini York QB Class of 2023 6'0 180

Evan Grazzini how was your 2019 season? I thought my 2019 season went well. As a team we finished with a 5-4 record. We faced a lot of adversity due to injuries, but it brought us closer together as a team. In middle school, I primarily play linebacker and some H-back. However, last season my athleticism allowed me to play linebacker running back, slot receiver and quarterback. In retrospect, playing multiple positions helped me to gain a better understanding of the game. I’m determined to build on my ability to run our spread offense. Having scored rushing, passing, and receiving touchdowns, I am excited about the opportunity that this upcoming season brings. I spent the last 16 months working on becoming the best quarterback I can be. I really can’t wait for March 3 to get here. What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? My ability to extend a play is probably my best trait on the football field. It comes from a combination of my knowledge of the game and the athleticism I possess. What should college coaches know about you? College coaches should know that I am super competitive. That my competitive drive makes me work harder and and also helps me bring out the best in the people around me. And, that I’m willing to do what ever it takes to be successful not only in football and that translates to success in life What goals do you have for yourself this upcoming season? I have four goals for this upcoming season.

1. Start at quarterback

2. Perfect my technique

3. Lead by example.

4. Go 1-0 every week

Remember Deep Dish Football Is Just Not About Recruiting But About The Love Of The Game Of IHSA Football
