Santino Whitehead Willowbrook TE/WR/ATH Class Of 2026 6'3 200
Santino Whitehead how has your offseason been so far? My off-season has been good. I’ve been going to the field and putting in as much work as I can. I visited a few colleges on unofficial visits, junior day, and Spring Games. I also played 7on7 with Team Goalz. I look forward to seeing what next season brings. How was your freshmen season? My Freshman season was good. I started on JV at wide receiver. I felt good about that because it’s only my second year playing football. What should college coaches know about you? I am a two sport athlete (basketball). Basketball is actually my first sport. I am willing to put in work on the field and in the classroom, I’m a quick learner, and I’m coachable. I’m also a team player.
What does football mean to you?
To me football means teamwork, physicality, overcoming obstacles, and competition.
What do you believe is your strongest trait on the football field?
I have strong hands, my mentality and physicality. As a big wide receiver with my size and strength I’m a mismatch against most cornerbacks. As a tight end I’m more athletic than most linebackers, and I’m not afraid to catch the ball in traffic.
What is your favorite route to run?
Post route
What goals do you have for yourself this season?
I want our team to make the playoffs and make a name for myself as varsity receiver in the state.
What motivates a Santino Whitehead? My faith in God, being the underdog, and opportunities to compete against the best!
