Darius Stevenson how was your spring season? My spring season went well I learned a lot, even though our record wasn’t the best. I eventually ended up with and all conference season.
What does football mean to you? Football means the world to me, it’s a way for me to just forget about everything good and bad and just play. What should college coaches know about you? Coaches should know that I love the game, work hard, watch a lot of film, and is a very coachable player. I’m willing to play anything to put our team in the best position to win. What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? For me my strongest trait is my IQ I can read a play and know what the other team is doing before the snap of the ball. What should kids who are interested in playing WHS Football know about WHS Football? Playing football at Westmont High is probably the best thing that has ever happened to me. We are literally like Brothers on the team. We aren’t always the best team but you’ll never know that when your on the field with us. The coaches always make sure we’re working hard and is never quitting. What goals do you have for yourself this upcoming season? I really want to be an Division 1 football player and being an all-state player. I want to prove I’m one of the best ATH not just Illinois but the entire midwest! Who is the funniest player on the team? The funniest players on the team would be Shane Hill and Gabe Lischalk.
