Charlie Dawson how has your season been so far? It’s been really good. Played some very good competition and got better as the season went on. It didn’t end how we would’ve liked it to, but I’m happy we got the chance to play. What does football mean to you? Football means everything to me. Everything I do revolves around it. It has taught me a lot of life lessons and I continue to learn from it everyday. Football causes me to stay focused in school and in life What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? My strongest trait is definitely my ability to read an offense or defense. I am always one step ahead in knowing what the other team is going to run. I know where the ball is going to be and can react quick enough to get to it What should college coaches know about you? They should know that I work hard on and off the field. I’m a leader and players often go to me when they’re struggling with something. Everyday I’m working to become better. My ability to quickly learn and understand an offense/defense is very high. Who else on Peoria Notre Dame should I keep an eye out for? Our MLB Evan Elward is a beast. He led our team in tackles. Offensively RB Joey Mushinsky. He and I were battling all year to get more yards than each other. Also our entire O line will be full of talented seniors.
