Jabari Peoples how is your season going so far? The overall season has been going great. We just came off a great team win against a talented Lincoln-Way West. Right now we’re standing at 2-0 and are looking to keep the momentum moving forward. What does football mean to you? Football has been apart of my life since before I can remember. It allows me to the play sport I love, build life long friendships, and bless me with opportunities that I couldn’t find otherwise. What should college coaches know about you? That my value goes beyond my measurables. They will be getting a versatile and tough defensive back that has great fundamentals and an even greater work ethic. Also that my high football IQ allows me to read and react to plays at a high level and intensity. What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? My versatility for sure. My athletic ability and technique ,especially my footwork, allows me to play anywhere in the secondary, whether it be in the box, outside, or back deep as the one high. What goals do you have for yourself this season? As far as goals go, earning All Conference, advancing deep into the playoffs, securing a scholarship at the next level, and just playing at a higher level than last season.
