Jake Hincks Lincoln Way Central DB Class of 2022 6'0 165
Jake Hincks how is your season going so far?
Our coaches have us approached each week with a 1-0 mentality. Unfortunately we are sitting at 1-2 for the season but we are excited about the opportunity sitting in front of us to get back to .500 this week vs Stagg.
What does football mean to you?
Football defines the ultimate team sport. From an early age I have seen how football brings family, friends and communities together. I have always had a great respect for the tradition and discipline the sport of football requires.
What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field?
I feel my strongest trait on the football field is to see plays develop and react quickly from proper game study efforts. I also am very proud of my ability to lead and motivate my teammates.
What should college coaches know about you?
First and foremost I love the game of football. I would like them to know that I am extremely competitive but yet humble enough to know there is still more to learn when playing at the next level and I am willing to do what it takes to make myself and teammates better.
Who else on Lincoln Way Central should I keep an eye out for?
Brandon Barret and Nathan Jarres. We are all returning starters from last year. We also have a junior cornerback named Ethan Vrabec he has stepped up this year and is playing very well.
