Deontae Oatman how was your 2019 season? Overall I feel I played well. It made for a great learning experience being my first year playing on varsity. I feel like it put me in position to excel next season What does football mean to you? Football means everything to me it help shape me into the person I am today. The game has taught me lessons that will stay with me for life. Without football I don’t know where I’d be today . What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? I feel like my strongest trait on the field is my ability to make plays in space on both sides off the ball What part of your game have you been working on in the offseason? Getting stronger and faster. I believe those are too aspects that’ll help my game tremendously all over the field. How does ICCP look for the upcoming season? I feel like we’re looking great. We’re consistently trying to get better everyday taking it day by day. I feel like we can’t be anymore hungry as of now with all the setbacks to our upcoming season.
