Tyler Hennings how was your junior season? My junior season was amazing. I got a lot of opportunities to show people how dedicated I was. Coach Looper and Coach Loughran pushed me throughout the season to make sure I was performing at my very best. What does football mean to you? Football means a lot to me. It displays my work ethic and dedication to the game. I’ve grown up with football my whole life and will always be a big part of my life. What should college coaches know about you? I will always work to be better. My work ethic and love for the game is unbeatable. I push myself no matter how hard the situation may be. What do you like about playing in the trenches? I love to be able to show my strength and quickness off the line. Linemen are a crucial part of the game and helping my running backs get as many yards as they possibly can is huge reason I love playing where I play. What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? My strongest trait is definitely my quickness off the line. Not many people fire off the ball like I do at my size.
How does Coal City look for the upcoming season? We are looking very strong. We got all of our guys in the weight room pushing each other. Our older guys are pushing our younger guys for the best opportunity to get on the field. We all have a very close bond which is going to help us communicate on the field. I am very excited to see what we all can do this season. Who else on Coal City should I keep an eye out for this upcoming season? Braden Reilly is a stud at the quarterback back position. He is a very consistent player and is a leader on and off the field. Another player I would recommend is Cason Headley he is a very quick and athletic receiver and DB he gets the job done and goes hard every single play.
