Eddie Jenkins Jr. Chicago Hope Academy QB Class of 2024 5'10 150

Eddie Jenkins Jr. how was your sophomore season?

Sophomore season was ok. We could’ve did better as team and individually. I believe everybody was still learning our team was very young. But other than that, we had a good season and we ready to go back and win it all.

What does football mean to you? Football means a lot to me. It’s where I can be myself, and I love to be around my brothers. If I didn’t have football in my life I wouldn’t be where I am at right now What was your favorite memory from last season?

My favorite memory from last season was our first game. I didn’t really have a freshmen season because of Covid-19 so I was ready to go back out there What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field?

I feel my strongest trait on the field is my leadership and my ability to bring the team together. What should college coaches know about you?

Colleges should know that I am a great leader, I put my schoolwork first, and I am a very coachable athlete. What part of your game do you plan on working on in the offseason?

I plan on working on better ball placement for my wide receivers. What goals do you have for yourself this upcoming season?

The goal I have for myself is to throw less interceptions.
