Kyle Moede how has your season been so far?

It’s been quite a rollercoaster. We started the season strong with a great win against a tough St. Ignatius team, but we were then shutdown for the next 3 games due to COVID precautions. Outside of those unfortunate circumstances, it has been an amazing experience with a resilient team that is completely unselfish. Looking forward to finishing the remainder of our schedule strong for our seniors. What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? I have a high football IQ along with great speed and physicality, so I can play and understand many different positions on the field. I’d play anywhere to help the team win. What should college coaches know about you? I refuse to be out-worked by anybody. I always give 100% effort on and off the field, so I take great pride in striving for excellence in academics too. Lastly, I’ll always put the team first. What does Benet football mean to you? Benet football means the world to me. When I first came to this school, I immediately felt a sense of brotherhood on the field that I’d never experienced before; nobody is above anyone else. This is an exceptional program, and Coach New has built something special. The football field is where I think I belong the most and going to Benet has only highlighted that feeling for me. What part of your game do you feel you need to work on in the offseason? I’m running track this spring, so I’m looking to improve my starts there. I’ll also be focusing on extremely clean routes at receiver. Finally, getting stronger in the weight room is always a main focus of mine.
