Patrick Cheney Lyons Township Linebacker Class Of 2026 6'2 205
Patrick Cheney how is your season going so far? Seasons going good, we are 5-2. We’ve really been going out on that field and executing, these past two weeks. What does football mean to you? Means the world, been playing for about 10 years now and I would want to do it for the rest of my life. What should college coaches know about you? I believe they should know that I’m a hard worker, I’m easily coachable, and I’m very excited for the next 2 years of high school football ahead of me.
What do you like about playing linebacker?
I like the physicality of middle linebacker and how I’m almost like a free player and can run free on the field, and just feel confident at that position
What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field?
In my opinion I’d say my mentality and how I lead myself as well as my teammates.
What has been your favorite memory so far this season?
Playing with my senior brother I mean I’ve grown up with all these kids, so it has to be just spending everyday with my seniors.
Who is the funniest player on Lyons Township team? 100% Danny Zarco
