Anthony Pearson how has your offseason been so far?
Overall it has been great. However, I haven't really had an off season. I played 7v7 with Team Goalz. Most of my teammates were from other schools so I got to make new friends. I also ran track for Lyons Township High School - I did the 100m hurdles, 300m hurdles, high jump and relays. I have also been going to Throw it Deep for free WR training. How was your freshman season?
It was alright. I didn't get as many catches as I had hoped for, but my team did really good. What does football mean to you?
It means everything to me.
What should college coaches know about you?
I'm great at connecting with others and working with upperclassmen. I love football and being on the field. What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field?
I can see the field and see plays in front of me. It's like I can see openings in the line and can see where everyone is going and can react to it. I also have an awareness of what to do when plays don't go as planned. What part of your game are you working on in the offseason?
Speed and weight training. What goals do you have for yourself this upcoming season?
To stand out in the offense and be reliable on the field.
