Deep Dish Football Tour 2022: Stop #10 Warren Township - Hungry For A Title

By: Peter "Coach Big Pete" Leinweber

Head Coach Bryan McNulty

8 - 1 2021 Season Record (Lost To Glenbard North In The Second Round IHSA Playoffs)

Had A 8 Game Winning Streak

Thank You Coach McNulty for having me over this morning to Warren Township camp this morning. You were one of the very first coaches to invite Deep Dish Football to camp back in 2016. Coach McNulty has always run a tight ship with his program. Practice that is efficient, disciplined, and never wastes a second. Preaching communication, and strength on technique. There is a reason why this WTHS staff is one of the best staffs in the IHSA. WTHS team has the talent to make a deep run in the IHSA playoffs, and to mention playing football after thanksgiving. Defense in high school football is not easy thing to come by, but this Blue Devil defense could be one of the best units in the state this year. Never seen a high school defense learn so fast. Most important thing I see in this team for the upcoming season is how their trench players perform. Always tough to compete in the NSC, but this year will favor the WTHS team and its tough nose defense.
