Matthew Poe OPRF DE/ER Class of 2023 6'2 220
Matthew Poe how was your offseason? It was pretty good; I got a lot better and did a lot of weight training and just trying to perfect my craft the best way I can, and just got a lot better at my position. What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? Just being a good team player and just always bringing the energy. What do you like about playing in the trenches? Everything to be completely honest I just love the contact and hitting people and going against the biggest guys. What should college coaches know about you? That I’m very hard working and determined and willing to do whatever it takes for the team What do you see in this Fenwick squad for Saturday? We are for sure going to dominate, we’re locked in and ready What does football mean to you? It means a lot to me, it’s something that helps clear my mind. When I'm mad i can just let my anger out on the field, and I really love football for that and it’s really what just keeps me going.
