Joey Curzon how did if feel to back on the field? It was a feeling I will never forget. My teammates and I have been working for over a year to get where we were yesterday, and when we stepped on that field it was all gas no brakes! What does football mean to you? Football is my everything! Football to me holds so many different meanings. It’s a combination of understanding grit & toughness and embracing the importance of teamwork. Football is the ultimate Brotherhood. It bonds like no other. What should college coaches know about you? College coaches should know that I’m a student of the game that loves to get better everyday. I’m always working on improving my skill and I will take any challenge that’s in front of me! What do you see in this Batavia squad for Friday night? Plenty of athletes that do their job well. Playmakers who aren’t afraid of being in the center spotlight. What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? Definitely my understanding of the game. Just evaluating the player across from me and doing what I have to do to win the play. Whether it’s creating separation with my speed or leaving the ground to make a hard catch.
