Joshua Higgs how is your season going for you so far?This season has been going well for me so far. Unfortunately, there was a rocky start due to covid but that didn’t affect my performance on the field. I ended my second game with 2 interceptions and as a team held a good shutout vs LP. We had a hard loss against Phillips but came back from that strong against Morgan Park.What does football mean to you?Football is family I look forward to every practice and game. I put my blood, sweat, and tears into this game for my team. This sport brings out a lot of emotions. Winning with your team is worth every sprint we do in practice. The game of football will forever hold a place in my heart.What do you see in this Lane Tech squad for Friday night?Lane tech has a respectable passing offense their run game won’t get establish with Ryan Porebski and Jacob Ryan at the LB positions. Our tough front 4 Michael Oladipo, Greg Krupa, Durell Moore, Michael Barretto. I see a violent game of us showing what the new era of Taft football has to bring.What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field?My strongest trait is my hustle and mentality I love bringing the energy and having fun with my teamWho is the funny guy in the Taft locker room?Jahmari Jackson & Malik Ahmad these guys are like a duo they bring the good energy the team needs at practice in the locker room on game day anytime it’s always good laughs.
