Yedi Israel Jr. Grant Athlete Class of 2023 6'2 200

Yedi Israel Jr. how was your first game? We battled, but we took a tough loss to Mundelein. I say we have a lot to tighten up as a team and also, I need to be ready the load coach wants to put on me. What does Grant football mean to you? Grant football means a lot to me I've been playing with this program since 8th grade, a lot of ups and downs but we fought through a lot of adversity and ready for a great season. What should college coaches know about you? College coaches should know that I’m willing to do whatever it takes to be great at my craft, I’m very coachable and love to listen to constructive criticism, I can also play multiple positions, on the offensive side and defensive side. What do you see in this Taft squad for Friday night? I know they have a good squad we lost to them last year, but we also have a great squad very good coaching staff it should be a good game to watch. Who on Grant is ready for a breakout season this fall? I know that our QB Rylan Art is bound for a breakout season he puts in work on and off the field, we have more weapons that will have great seasons like sophomore Cam Houghton, Junior Pryde Mendoza, Daymian Longtin, and Senior Ivan Hernandez. What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? My heart and my mentality. Also, my way of being so versatile I can play RB, WR, LB and a very good specialist, a jack of all trades is what I would say.
