Benji Agunloye Lane Tech Class of 2022 WR/ATH 6'3 190

Benji Agunloye how is your season going with you so far? We had a rough start but were able to start playing as a unit midway through the season. We would often times start slow and not make plays until the second half but as of lately we’ve picked up momentum and are playing at a fast pace. Overall, I like the way that we handled adversity have started playing better on both sides. What does football mean to you? To me it’s more then just a game. It teaches me lessons and create friendships that will last with me forever. That’s why I make sure to always give my all on the field for my brothers because I know they would do the same for me. What do you see in this Taft squad for Friday night? We know they’re coming with a lot of momentum from their last win but so are we so it should be fun. They got us last year at Taft in overtime which stuck with a lot of us so we are excited to get another shot Friday night. What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? I would say my athleticism. Added with my height it allows me to make contested catches and fight for every yard before I go down. What is your favorite route to run? I don’t think I have one specific favorite route but my favorite type of routes are deep ones. (Go,Post) What should college coaches know about you? Coaches should know that I always go 100% regardless the score and will do whatever I can to help my team win.
