Nick Perry Morris OL Class of 2023 6'2 295
Nick Perry how has the first part of the season been for you? It’s been great, our offensive line looks like a top 5 line in the state. We are 2-0 and keep improving on becoming a state team. What has been the major key improvement in this line do you think? The speed training and heavy lifting. We, as a line, have become so much faster and stronger than we have ever been before. What goals do you have for yourself the rest of the season? For myself I hope to rack up a few more offers and enjoy my last year with my brothers. But my biggest goal is getting that state championship win. Who is one young Morris OL I should be on the lookout for in the future? Mason Stapleton for sure, he’s the starting right tackle this year as a junior and he has worked very hard to get to this position.
What would you tell football players that are interested in going out for wrestling this winter? I would say to do it, it made my feet much quicker and helped me slim down and put on a lot of muscle. One of my teammates, Aiden King, dropped from 345 pounds to 295 pounds and has played better than ever.
