Braden Ferguson how is your season going for you so far? I think as a team overall at the start of the season we all felt like there was many things we needed to work on but with last week's big win and with how practice has been going, I’m confident we’ll be able to bounce back and prove ourselves especially this week against Rita. What has been your favorite memory so far this season? Definitely our win week 1 against Kankakee. That was the craziest game of football I have ever played with a score of 2-0 and obviously our defense played very well so that felt great on top of that huge win. What should college coaches know about you? That I think I’m a very determined hard worker. On top of going every play with max effort and giving everything, I have, I pride myself on my academic abilities in school as well. What do you see in this St. Rita squad for Friday night? I definitely have a lot of respect for their team as they are very talented, but I know that we have it in us to take them down, we just have to play at our best for 48 minutes. What does it mean to play for a Coach Racki? It’s an honor to play under Coach Racki, I have dreamed about playing football for Nazareth my whole life because I always have heard of the grit and tenacity he instills in his players. Now that I’m here, I’m extremely honored and I couldn’t have a better coach. Who is the funniest coach on the Nazareth staff? I’d for sure say Coach Navigato, he always has hilarious comments here and there, always going after us and making us laugh.
