Delmario Taylor Glenbard East DE/ER Class of 2023 6'3 195
Delmario Taylor how was your junior season? My junior season was great! I had a great experience going head on with other teams and it showed me things i can work on and improve. We went 7-3, which is a good record, and gave me many opportunities to build on and keep working to do so. What does football mean to you? Football is a sport where I work hard and strive to become the best at what I do. It gives opportunities to where I strive to succeed. And for me football is where I can relieve myself from things that I stress about and build connections and have fun. This helps me academically because it helps me realize if i can have goals on the field, then I can have goals in school and do the same there too. What should college coaches know about you? They should know that i am a phenomenal student athlete and that i am determine and will work hard to become the very best i know i can be. And i won’t let anything block me from doing this. What schools have you talked to so far? I have talked to NIU, North Dakota, Minnesota State, Purdue, Ball State, Indiana State, Grand Valley, UNI, Bowling Green and more that I can’t think of at the moment. What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? My energy because I’m always going 100% and working to help my teammates to win. I work to get off my block and make the tackle and even before the game i help my team by giving the energy that we should go out and work and be glad and ready to step on that field. What goals do you have for yourself this upcoming season? Goals I have for myself is to become All-State, win the Conference and make it to playoffs, maintain my grades, and keep striving to become the best version of myself. Get scholarships to keep playing the sport that I love playing.
