Armand Burris how does it feel to be 2-0? It feels really great coming off another big game as a young team we are heading in the right direction. Now we have a good game coming up a with our rivals. What does football mean to you? Football means a lot since the day I was born all I’ve been through is watching my dad play football at the highest level. Then me recently playing football sophomore year changed my life to where I feel like I’m in a family What should college coaches know about you? Really nothing knowing that I’ve been behind Ben Snider last year I really have no film whatsoever.
This is really my one year where I can show them who I am What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? I think my explosiveness and my IQ are my best in field traits just because I feel like I make really smart decisions on where to be at the right time and moment and when I get that ball in open field it’s hard to stop me. What has been your favorite memory so far this season? Probably scoring my first ever touchdown against Taft. Since I have never scored in my career to finally score feels great to celebrate with my coaches and teammates.
What goals do you have for yourself rest of the season?
To win conference with my team then make it to the playoffs back-to-back years and make it out of round one.
Who else do you think is having a breakout season on Stevenson? Definitely Ethan Aghakhan, I think as it is his last year playing high school football this will be his best year.
