Ethan Hagele Sacred Heart Griffin Athlete Class Of 2024 5'11 185

Ethan Hagele how is your offseason going for you so far? Pretty good so far, I have some training programs I am going to, and I’ve made sure I’m maintaining a good schedule each week for lifting and extra field work. I’m also in track season so that is helping build speed and acceleration. How was your junior season? As a team we had a really great season going undefeated and achieving our goal which is to win state. My season individually taught me a lot about myself and the game. With the heavy senior class ahead of us last year it really showed me how to be a good leader and keep a good work ethic. What should college coaches know about you? That I will do more than what people expect is enough. I am willing to take that extra step to help my teammates and others succeed. I bring a strong work ethic with me to whatever the event may be. And I will bring dedication to whatever program I am apart of and do what it take to get better!

What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? My strongest trait on the field Offensively is my power in the running game, fitting through gaps at 100% and fighting for extra yards. Defensively I fill the gap and meet the runner hard at the ball. and I have speed off the edge at outside linebacker.

What schools have you been talking to so far? I have been in recent contact with Penn University, Monmouth College, Davenport University, Illinois College, Robert Morris University, and Culver Stockton College.

What game are you most excited for this upcoming season? Not necessarily putting all excitement into one game, but I’m really eager to start this season off strong and show people that our program hasn’t changed just because we lost a lot of seniors and our head coach. So, I would say the first game of the season!
