So, in a way to better understand the use of Deep Dish Football for Illinois recruits and the whole entire IHSA Football scene. Decided to do player profiles of players who you might not know or you might know, but you should respect them for their roles on their respective teams. This is one of the many reasons why Deep Dish Football is respected in the IHSA. Every Football Player Has A Story To Tell

Dylan Jeppe how was your junior season? It was a great experience, playing multiple new positions at the start of the season really improved my understanding of the game. I struggled at the beginning, but I got stronger as the year went on. I’m really excited to work this off-season now that I have a better understanding on what I need to improve on. What does football mean to you? Man, football has meant a lot to me for a long time. To me, football is family, discipline, and love for the game. So much of my life is based around the game of football. It pushes me to truly do my best in most of my endeavors. Whether it be school, lifting, or on the field. Football inspires me through teammates, coaches, and watching college or professionals.

What should college coaches know about you?

They should know that I will play anywhere they need me to, I don’t really have a specific position at the moment. I’m just a football player. I’ll be a leader and I’ll never not put in 100% effort. No matter what, even if I am struggling, I will continue to put in the work and never give up. What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? My strongest trait on the football field is my ability to hit and play anywhere I am needed to. I will always be super physical at all points in the game. What part of your game do you plan on working on in the offseason? I plan on working really hard on my speed and explosiveness. Also, I am wrestling this offseason to help me work on my leverage and core strength.

Who is the funny guy on the New Trier roster? Easily Tommy Mosher, one of the funniest guys I’ve ever met.
