Austin Roush Naperville North OL Class Of 2025 6'4 260
Austin Roush how was your first week of practice? It was great, testing new things out with newer teammates and all the bonds we created throughout the week. What should college coaches know about you? I’m a very hard worker, very disciplined and a great teammate to all freshmen to seniors. What does football mean to you? Football can help me get into schools that I might not have been able to get into before. I can use this opportunity to put myself in a better place in the future. What do you like about playing in the trenches? I personally like how physically demanding it is compared to other positions on the field. When something big happens, we can all celebrate like a team.
What part of your game do you think you grew most in the offseason?
I feel that me pad level and punch overall grew the most, you can thank OL Mafia for that it really helped.
What goals do you have for yourself this season?
Personally, I want to start every game this upcoming season.
Who is one player on NNHS OL unit that is going to blow up this season?
I think everyone is going to have in impact this season, but I think Daniel Jurjovec, he is crazy strong and knows everything in our playbook.
What is your dream school to play for? Easily Illinois, I’ve been 1 unofficial visit for the spring game and everyone on the staff was so nice to me and my family, and not to mention that’s my dad's alma mater. So playing for them in the future would be amazing.
