Nolan Siko how was your junior season? I couldn’t have asked for a better team to be apart of and play for. Even though I got struck with some adversity with a senior QB transferring back. I learned a lot about character and how to be a leader. But when I got in the game I did the best I could when I got the opportunity. We came one game short of the state championship but this was the most memorable season I’ve had as a player. How has your offseason been so far? Off-season has been really great so far. Training is going well we are starting to come together as a team and that’s exactly what we need. We are all working very hard and have big expectations for what we need to do next year. What should college coaches know about you? That I am very hardworking and dedicated. I am a great leader and a very coachable player. I am always trying to get better and I love to compete in everything I do.
What does football mean to you?
Football really means everything to me. I’ve been playing this game since I was 5 and it’s all I’ve known it’s always been about football. I just couldn’t ask for a better sport to play. If I didn’t have football I don’t know what I would be doing. The amount of friendships I’ve made playing this game is really incomparable to anything else I am very grateful for football.
What do you like about playing QB?
What I like about playing Qb is that I am in control of the game and I am the leader of the offense and leading all my guys. I like how I can control the pace and calm the guys down around me, we all know how to control our nerves when it comes to that it’s a great system that we have when we are on the field.
What goals do you have for yourself next season? The goals I have for my self is to be the best player I can be. I would love to have an amazing season and enjoy my last season playing for the program I’ve been with all my life. I want to win the state championship but so does everyone else we know what we gotta put into it. We all say what we had to do last year to make it to the semis. I just have high expectations for myself. I just hope to prove myself and show what I am able to do to on the field.
