Barron Sholl Boylan Catholic DL Class Of 2025 6'4 230
Barron Sholl how was your sophomore season? I had a pretty good sophomore season. I feel I improved a lot as the season went on while I built up my confidence. How has your offseason been going so far? This has been a really good offseason for me. I was playing around 205-210 last season and I’ve gotten up to 230. I’ve also increased my speed and footwork from last year. I’ve Increased all my lifts in the weight room. I attended the Iowa camp here recently and feel i preformed well. Overall I feel I’ve bettered myself a lot so far this off-season. What should college coaches know about you? I’m a hard working, high energy guy and I love the game of football. I’ll take in all information a coach will offer me and use it to better my game.
What do you like about playing in the trenches?
The game starts and ends in the trenches. The feeling of getting a sack or a tackle of loss is just a feeling that cannot be beat.
What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field?
I would say my strongest trait on the football field would be my quickness. It always be to get around the linemen faster and get to the ball carrier.
How was your basketball season?
My basketball season went alright. We had our ups and downs, but finished the season out strong.
What goals do you have for yourself this upcoming season? This upcoming season one goal is to have 9 sacks and lead my defense in tackles. I want to a better leader for my team. Biggest goal is just to help my team make it and to win state.
